Services Offered By TLC At Home
Just give us a call at 704-986-4852. Our professional staff will schedule an appointment for a Registered Nurse to visit your home. The RN will meet with the client and family to determine what type of care needs to be provided and what hours are requested. Once services begin, the RN will make regular visits to assess the client's condition and supervise our staff.
In-Home Aide.
The RN will determine what level of care the client needs during her assessment. Based on the client's condition and the tasks that are to be assigned, she will determine if we will need to send a Certified Nursing Assistant or an experienced Homemaker.
Personal Hygiene - assist with bathing, grooming, toileting
Medical Monitoring - Pulse, blood pressure, medications
Assistance with Mobility - Transfers from bed to chair, assistance with walking
Meal Preparation - Menu planning, shopping, preparation
Home Management - Incidental household chores, laundry, bill paying
Shopping - Weekly errands and shopping for essentials
Facility Services.
We can provide services in the hospital or nursing home to assure that the client is getting the one on one care needed. We can go for just a few hours at at time or up to 24 hours a day, you decide.

We can provide assistance to the client who needs short term help to remain at the level of care required by an Assisted Living Facility.
We will be there to help the client who is being placed in a Skilled Nursing Facility make a smooth transition, and we can provide ongoing care as requested.
TLC Cheer Visits.
If you live too far away to visit your loved one as frequently at you would like, just give us a call. We will visit them at home or in a facility to make sure they are getting the TLC they deserve. You can have peace of mind today.

Take out shopping or to a restaurant

Senior Service Visits
We are contracted with the local Stanly County Senior Center to provide in-home services through their Chore Program and Respite Program. The Chore Program is a great option for someone needing light house keeping and limited help with personal care and the Respite Program is a wonderful opportunity for unpaid caregivers to receive a much needed break through the week. While there is no set charge to this program, donations are accepted and go back to the program to continue servings as many seniors as possible.
